With the help of 15 talented local women crafting traditional foods, Beit Sweimeh is driving #femaleparticipation in the region's booming #tourism sector. They use organic methane gas, generated from leftover food to power the restaurant, while hydroponic farming nurtures organic crops grown on-site.👨🏽🌾🧺 A true eco-conscious haven!
